Swaruchii was born not out of a business plan, but out of a dream a dream of a young girl who believed that every woman deserves clothes that reflect her choices, her confidence, and her quiet strength.

For founder Rutuja Arle, a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA graduate from IIM, fashion wasn’t just fabric and thread — it was freedom. Freedom to express, to move, to lead, and to choose.

After years of studying structures and strategies, she chose a new path — one that stitched her childhood love for design with her belief that style should be both soulful and smart.

That choice became Swaruchii — a name that beautifully means “one’s own choice.”
It stands for every woman who chooses her own story, her own rhythm, her own grace.
