3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or SMS.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days
    Delays might occur due to logistics issues, weather, or unforeseen reasons beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, which you can use to monitor your shipment.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, it may result in failed delivery. Additional charges may apply for reshipping.

7. Delayed or Lost Orders

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive your order with missing or damaged items:

  • Email us at support@swaruchii.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and photos of the package and product(s).

We’ll investigate and take appropriate action.
